Right of withdrawal (for distance contracts)
You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. To avoid any confusion, please check upon receipt that the product corresponds to the ordered model, colour, size and other essential parameters. Under Latvian law, the seller is obliged to refund the money paid for the purchase within 14 working days. Goods with a right of withdrawal will be accepted and dealt with in accordance with Latvian law.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note the following recommendations:
Check but do not use the product;
do not open the packaging;
keep and do not damage the original packaging and packaging of the product.

Internet sales are regulated by Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255. Paragraph 19 of this Regulation provides that the consumer* has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods to the seller within 14 calendar days. But at the same time, these Regulations (the "Distance Contracts Regulations") 22 provide: "The consumer shall be liable for any depreciation of the value of the goods, if the goods are used, when exercising the provisions of this right of withdrawal. in a manner inconsistent with good faith, including use for purposes other than ascertaining the characteristics or performance of the goods."
Accordingly, Nika-san Ltd reserves the right to bring a civil action against the consumer to recover damages suffered by Nika-san Ltd where the goods are not returned in their original packaging, the packaging is damaged, it is apparent that the goods have been used carelessly, they have scratches and similar defects.
