The shipment will be sent no later than the second working day after the money has been credited to your account.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted if the item is not as described, the buyer pays the return shipping fee or keeps the item and negotiates a refund with the seller.

Right of withdrawal (for distance contracts)

You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days of purchase. To avoid any confusion, please check upon receipt that the goods correspond to the model, color, size and other essential parameters. Under Latvian law, the seller is obliged to refund the money paid for the purchase within 14 working days. Goods with a right of withdrawal will be accepted and dealt with in accordance with Latvian law.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note the following recommendations:

do not open the packaging;

Internet sales are regulated by Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255.
