Order Processing and Delivery Time
• Orders are shipped no later than the second working day after payment is received.
• Estimated delivery time: up to 5 working days (depending on the destination country and carrier).
Please note:
During national, seasonal, or public holidays delivery times may be extended. We do our best to dispatch orders on time, however exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they depend on postal and courier services.
Payment Methods
We accept online payments through secure payment systems available at checkout.
All prices include applicable taxes.

Returns and Order Cancellation
Returns are accepted if:
• the product does not match the description;
• the product was received damaged;
• you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Important:
• damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery;
• return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed;
• items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Legal Information
Distance sales are regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No. 255
(Regulations on Distance Contracts).
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
